Southern Saaz
Southern Saaz is a fine aroma hop developed in Australia as a seedless alternative to the famous Saazer cultivar. The flavour imparted to beer by Southern Saaz is very close in character to Saazer.
It is typically refined, with spicy and herbal hop characters predominant. Southern Saaz is a quality alternative from the southern hemisphere.
