HOP BREEDING PROGRAM
We’re always growing the team behind our hops, and they just happen to work in some of the most scenic spots in Australia.
Seasonal farm work is available biannually on our farms in southern Tasmania and north eastern Victoria. Hop harvest occurs in March with recruitment occurring as early as January, while stringing and training season runs from June to November with recruitment occurring as early as May. TAS & NZ Sales Rep
This new role will be the primary point of contact for current and potential brewing customers across Tasmania and New Zealand. They will be responsible for managing customer expectations to ensure they are repeatedly fulfilled or exceeded. It is perfect for someone with beer industry knowledge and experience who enjoys proactively connecting with peers, learning about their business, and recognising how HPA can help them reach their brewing goals to secure repeat purchase and grow share of business. Pellet Plant Supervisor
Bushy Park, Tasmania
This role will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment used to pellet and package our hops in accordance with strict product quality specifications and safety procedures. It is perfect for someone with mechanical trade qualifications or experience who has great attention to detail and is capable of leading small teams of seasonal employees.
