HPA is the largest hop grower in the country, backed by experts in plant breeding, farm operations, customer service and brewing support. We’re always growing our team, and we’re lucky to work in some of the most scenic spots in Australia.

Our head office is located in Hobart, Tasmania and we have three farms across two growing regions. Bushy Park Estates is in Southern Tasmania, and Rostrevor Hop Gardens and Buffalo River Valley are in North Eastern Victoria.

Financial Controller

Hobart, TAS

This role will be responsible for managing an effective team of 3 to perform the financial accounts, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, taxation, and reporting functions for the business.

Agronomy Technician

Bushy Park, TAS

This hands-on role will be responsible for providing specific support to our plant breeding, horticultural research, and propagation facilities at Bushy Park Estates.

Farm Office & Recruitment Administrator

Eurobin, VIC

This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administration activities during hop harvest, including the maintenance of records, payroll, logbooks and recruitment.

This role will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery, as well as the irrigation, fertilisation and maintenance of paddocks.
