SPECTRUM is a revolutionary way to dry hop. It’s a 100% hop-derived, flowable and fully dissolvable liquid product that minimises process loss and tank times while maximising hop flavour and brewing yields. SPECTRUM has all the biotransformative potential without any unwanted enzymatic activity, at 8 times the strength of traditional T90 pellets. It can be added early or late on the cold side without contributing to astringency, hop burn, or hop creep. Brewers also benefit from reduced shipping and storage costs, and the absence of hop solids makes yeast harvesting and clean-up easier than ever.
